A-Grade South African Beef.

Fillet is a very tender and the softest of the beef prime cuts. Being the most tender cut of beef, it is widely used in restaurants and is known for being more expensive that other cuts. Recommended Methods: Whole roasted and cut in steaks of 2 -3 cm thick. Can be pan fried, grilled or barbecued on high heat for a short time for best results.

Fillet was delicious. Most items have not been used yet. We erroneously ordered Chilli kebabs instead of lemon and herb. So keen to see how they taste. Only issue was with the biltong. We prefer less fatty pieces. Flavour , however, was good.
