How to Cook:
If you're lighting a fire, throw on a couple of these tasty lamb burgers for a quick and easy meal. Simply brush both sides of each burger with olive oil and place over your preheated charcoal or gas-fired grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on either side and check the burgers are cooked all the way through. Best served lettuce wrapped or on a wholewheat bun with some avocado, feta cheese, or tzatziki sauce!
Storage Instructions:
Store lamb burger patties in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately after purchase. Suitable for home-freezing.
