Our sought-after Biltong is made using only the finest Grade A cuts of South African beef that are marinated and cured our secret recipe and then air-dried in our temperature-controlled custom-made biltong room.
Our biltong rarely has the time to go dry before it is sold, but if you would like a piece that is drier, please allow a few days notice for your order - you can mention any specific details for your biltong in the notes section upon checkout.
