Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-assisted) or 200°C (conventional). Place the roast skin-side up in the center of the oven and cook for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 65°C.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and loosely cover with foil to keep warm.
Allow the roast to rest for at least 20 minutes before removing the ties and carving.
