Perfect texture and mouthfeel

Not over-processed/to fine grained as you may get at other suppliers in Mauritius. It has the same coarseness that you would find in South Africa. The mince is lean, as expected, and I have never had any issues with the taste or quality. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
