What’s included?
The cake is filled with approximately 450g of sliced beef biltong and surrounded by approximately 550g of our original drywors. It is finished with a box of premium chocolate truffles (brand varies on availability) and carefully assembled on a sturdy cake board.
Each cake is presented with ribbon and wrapped in cellophane, ready for gifting or displaying at your celebration.

Storage and serving
The cake is safe to keep at room temperature for a few hours. If you are storing overnight we would suggest keeping refrigerated. Once opened, store the biltong and drywors in suitable airtight container.
