The beef is cut into slender strips, seasoned and slowly air-dried to produce a concentrated taste and satisfying bite. Enjoy them straight from the pack or add them to a mixed biltong platter.
Snap sticks are intentionally thinner and generally firmer than conventional sliced biltong. Their shape allows them to dry more thoroughly, giving them their characteristic chewy texture and snap.
As this is a naturally prepared meat product, individual sticks may vary slightly in thickness, appearance and texture.
