This lamb rib was beautifully packaged. Perfect fat-to-meat ratio! Well cut and delicious!
Had it on the coals, low and slow for a few hours and it came out perfect!
Will definitely re-order!

i was disappointed with the lamb it was very greasy, nearly no meat I would not re order this item and will certainly not recommend it. Not worth the price
